It’s been quite while since I posted anything on here but it’s been even longer since I’ve seen a geared moped for sale! Over the past two decades we’ve seen a massive influx of automatic scooters which are now flooding our roads. The geared moped seemed to be a thing of the past despite obvious demand from our customers and our customer’s children. Whatever the reason for this, there’s been a massive gap in the market which has now been filled. And this bike is exciting! If I was 16 again I’d be saving every single penny I earned until I had one in my grasp.

Rieju are a Spanish brand who have been consistent favourites of the European market with their excellent build quality and ultra-reliable Yamaha-Minarelli engined range of bikes. The quality and detail of these machines has to be seen to be believed. They’ve been steadily increasing their market share in the UK over the past few years and now they’re available in Leicester. Direct from Fasttrack Motorcycles.

Unless of course you want to modify it, because there’s also a massive range of performance upgrades and cosmetic refinements which you can bolt on at your leisure with no penalty whatsoever to your warranty. Yes, you read that right, manufacturer endorsed performance upgrades which don’t affect your warranty. Told you these were insane.

So why not come to the shop and take a look. Just one glance is all it takes and the quality speaks for itself. And while you’re there why not take a look at the other bikes we have from the RIEJU range as well.

It really is a treat for the ears, it’s absolutely immaculate, glossy black paint work, masses of chrome and its chopper style lines. This really is a riders delight to look at, even if Harley’s aren’t your thing, there is no way you cant appreciate the way it looks. With it’s big fat back tyre and skinnier front, this is something special. It also has a little trick up its sleeve or should I say seat, when you want that second passenger to join you on cialis brand a ride, you can slide a second seat from under the first! It’s a pretty cool addition and works really well.

With two huge silver exhausts climbing their way out of the beautiful engine, you know that even before you fire that engine up your ears are going to be in for a treat. And I’m not wrong! It starts with a deep low grunt and grumbles into a loud rumble like a creature from depths of hell!

Nathan here was hoping to get a few weeks of riding and looking cool in the last of the summers sunshine out of it before we sold it, but as soon as it was mentioned on our website, there was interest. There seems to be a real big interest in these custom-style bikes at the moment.

Why don’t you come down yourself and take and look and listen at this beauty. If not, I will get a video up soon so you can hear for yourselves!

MCN review of the Sinnis Trackstar
The Sinnis Trackstar 125 has been listed first in the small bikes category of MCN’s What Bike? Magazine. Quoting the price as it’s biggest selling point they go on to mention it’s looks and charm potential – especially to scooter riders.

You have to admit it is a good looking bike. A little small admittedly but I would have been more than happy to own one of these machines when I was 17 and as MCN say:

It’s easy to lean around corners, has a fantastically small turning circle… It’s extraordinarily light and manageable, making it good for the commuter, rookie and petite alike.

They go on to mention it’s lovely retro styling, with a cialis best price stitched brown seat and ‘pleasing’ little speedo before commenting on the quality which is really good for a budget bike. In fact Brighton-based Sinnis have enough faith in all of their products to offer a standard 24 month warranty with all the machines they produce…

Tomorrow sees the start of ‘Gran Premi Aperol de Catalunya’ aka the Barcelona MotoGP 2011. I was at the Catalunya track last year in the blazing sun to see Jorge Lorenzo take first place, the Spanish crowds went wild as he finished the cross line, but can he do it for the Spanish a second time round? buy cialis online Lorenzo has had a great year or so, finishing in the top four in the last 24-races. Not bad! Only Valentino Rossi has beaten that record, finishing top three in 28 successive races.

Here he simulated a race start out the famous Sagrada Famillia, on his Factory Yamaha YZR-M1, with a large crowd of tourists who all look quite confused about the whole thing!

Hello Fasttrack followers!

I am the newest member of the Fasttrack Team and after 26 years I am now a motorbike ‘road rider’. I’ve got 2-stroke oil in my blood, my family are all bike riders and I’ve been riding for nearly as long as i’ve been able to walk! I remember riding my first motorbike on Victoria Park, Leicester in about 1988! Since then i’ve done a bit of off road riding here and there but never took it any further… until now.

I bought myself an Aprilia Habana Custom 125 in baby blue (yes I’m telling you the colour, it’s important to set the scene) ok, I know it’s girly and cute and retro but I love it! Not only am I completely in love with my new tow wheels but I have fallen head-over-heels in love with riding again. As a kid I used to love the feeling tearing through whatever field or abandoned waste lan my dad could find. Now I have totally got that feeling back, ok, so riding down my local bypass isn’t quite the same thing but the feelings I get from it are. I’m sure you all know what i’m talking about, my heart beat raises, I have a huge grin on my face which definitely looks slightly insane to other road users, I feel completely exhilarated and for some reason just a bit naughty! It’s definitely more exciting that driving my old Fiat Punto down that bypass!

Why does it feel so exciting? Is it the wind in my hair? The little smug feeling I get when I nip to the front in a traffic queue? That I know that it’s just a little bit dangerous? Riding on the road is new to me? I don’t know what it is, probably a combination of all these and more. But there’s one thing I know, I WANT MORE! I’m already wondering when I can do my full license and contemplating what motorbike I could have in future (I am pretty limited though as I have such short legs!)

I am doubtlessly hooked on cialis online two-wheels. So now I am just looking forward to finishing work, getting on my bike and riding the long way home in the sunshine… happy days!
