This information will be used to contact you directly by ourselves and will not be shared with any other companies except in the case of submitted finance applications. We do not share information with any third parties, except where we are required to do so by the law or to submit finance applications on your behalf.
We may contact you from time to time as a means of correspondence or customer care, either by email, SMS or post. If you do not wish to be contacted please make us aware.
Fasttrack Motorcycles Ltd gathers information on our customers using our website through Google Analytics. This information is only used for ourselves to help us improve and tailor our website for our users. Under no circumstances does Fasttrack Motorcycles Ltd divulge this information to any third parties.

Deleting Your Data
We keep your contact information on file for a maximum period of four years from our last point of contact with you. This is the only information we keep. Any data submitted for finance applications is deleted at the end of the following calendar month following submission.
Should you wish your data to be deleted from our database sooner please email us at admin@ftmc.co.uk and we will delete it within 24 hours.
MOT and Service Reminder Emails
Our system automatically sends out MOT and service reminders to the email address we have on file. Replying to one of these emails with the words unsubscribe will stop these but we will retain your contact data for other purposes unelss you ask us to delete it.
Newsletter
We occasionally send out a Newsletter using a third party application - Mail Chimp. This list is separate to our own in-house database and unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect your service reminders or delete you from our in-house datbase. All emails sent in this manner will have a simple unsubscribe link in the footer.
